From a very young age Tony followed a career path in creative and visual arts. This truly came into its own during his 5 years at art college when he first discovered computer graphics. His passion for computer graphics and animation is what drove him to establish RealtimeUK back in 1996, with the vision of it becoming a leading creative studio that would achieve the highest levels of creativity and image quality, pushing the boundaries of what was, at the time, a new industry. Now 23 years on Tony’s role remains true to this original vision as he is responsible for ensuring the studio continues to deliver on this promise. His focus today is to drive these core values through everything they do - from recruiting and developing great people, to ensuring they have the best facilities and support to achieve their full potential. This is combined with funding development programs to test and develop new methodologies and service offerings for their existing and future clients.
